Gratitude Concierge, operated by Accelerate Advisors LLC, sends text messages to coordinate invitation-only stays at a private residence: arrival and check-in details, answers to your questions about the property, and scheduling messages to the property’s own staff.

• You opt in on your personal invitation form by ticking the checkbox agreeing to coordinate your stay by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies with your stay (typically a handful of messages per visit).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact the property manager.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
